3. Payment Processing & Security
Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant platform. Your payment information is encrypted (SSL/TLS) and never stored or accessed by HULIFERR LLC. This ensures your data is secure throughout the checkout process.
4. Authorization
For credit and debit card payments, the system automatically verifies card validity, available funds, and authorization. If a payment authorization fails, you will receive an error message and may select an alternative payment method.
5. Order Processing
Orders placed on business days (Monday–Saturday) before 2:00 pm EST and successfully paid will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
6. Ownership of Goods
All products remain the property of HULIFERR LLC until full payment has been received.
7. Refunds
In the event of a return approved under our Return & Refund Policy, refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be completed, we will notify you by email. If payment is not successfully made within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
9. Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent transactions, we use automated risk assessments and may carry out manual checks when necessary. Orders flagged as suspicious may be delayed or canceled.
