4. Return Shipping

Within the United States: Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.

Outside the United States: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition: complete, clean, and undamaged. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging.
If items show signs of misuse or damage beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are possible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your replacement item within 1–2 business days (subject to availability).
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will either issue a full refund or suggest an alternative product.
7. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout.
