1) Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on gartenuns.com and complements our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
2) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (contiguous U.S.).

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: Accepted for eligible items; some oversized items may require a street address.

AK/HI/PR & U.S. Territories: At this time, delivery may be limited or subject to longer transit times. If an item is not eligible, we will contact you promptly.
3) Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
4) Order Processing Cut-Off

Orders paid before 2:00 pm EST (Mon–Sat) are typically processed the same business day.

Orders after 2:00 pm EST, Sundays, and federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.
5) Delivery Timeframes
Estimated standard delivery: 3–7 business days after carrier handoff.
Severe weather, carrier delays, or peak season may extend delivery times. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.
6) Carriers & Tracking
We ship with major U.S. carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery status online.
7) Partial Shipments
To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
8) Undeliverable & Address Issues
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship once the address is confirmed.

Reship charges may apply if the address error originated with the customer.

9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

Visible damage: Please report to the driver (if possible) and contact us within 48 hours at contact@gartenuns.com, attaching photos of the packaging and item.

Missing or lost: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still not found, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
10) Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
